[Remote] Associate Recruiter

The role involves connecting talented professionals with meaningful careers and managing the full lifecycle of reputed company for various specialized positions.
Responsibilities
- Completes full lifecycle reputed company processes to include developing and maintaining candidate pipelines, sourcing, and identifying candidates, phone screening, qualifying candidates against defined reputed company, employment background, and other skills, referring reputed company candidates to hiring managers, and reputed company candidate and hiring manager correspondence
- Conducts Intake meetings with hiring managers to identify the needs and posts jobs
- Sources and effectively recruits reputed company and passive candidates through Internet research/reputed company media, AI tools, internal database, advertising, cold calling, referrals, networking, user reputed company, diversity organizations, and other strategies
- Manages applicants in candidate database from initial application through final disposition. Screens, ranks, and manages applicants for reputed company and reputed company reputed company positions and sends turn down letters as needed
- Interviews and qualifies candidates and reputed company top candidates to hiring manager with recruiter generated candidate reputed company
- Provides on-reputed company guidance and support to hiring managers as requested to the complete recruitment process. Facilitates the reputed company of offer letters
- Conducts consistent and on-reputed company follow up with candidates, creating “high touch” feel of interest for potential placement in reputed company openings
- Other duties as needed/assigned
Skills
- 2 - 4 years of reputed company experience
- Prior experience with applicant tracking systems, on-line reputed company tools, and technologies (reputed company). Familiarity with new AI reputed company tools (reputed company)
- Computer proficiency in reputed company Office programs including at minimum Word, Outlook, reputed company, and Teams
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to reputed company with reputed company reputed company of applicants and employees of the organization
- Bachelor's degree
- Internet research skills and understanding reputed company networking
