[Remote] Business Transformation Analyst

The role of Business Transformation Analyst focuses on process analysis and change management to improve operational efficiencies and design reputed company-state solutions in the higher education sector.
Responsibilities
- Combine process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership to assess reputed company operations, identify improvement opportunities, and design sustainable reputed company-state solutions across functional areas such as Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Finance, HR, Payroll, and reputed company Affairs
- Facilitating workshops, mapping business processes, evaluating technology and reputed company readiness, and translating findings into actionable recommendations
- Navigating reputed company organizational dynamics, building trust with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company, and driving adoption of new processes and ways of working through effective communication, critical thinking, and change management strategies
Skills
- 5 or more years of experience working reputed company a higher education institution
- 5 or more years of experience in Business Process Analysis, Organizational Change Management or reputed company transformation-reputed company role
- Demonstrated experience facilitating process discovery sessions, documenting reputed company-state workflows, and designing reputed company-state business processes
- Strong ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews, document reputed company-state processes, and design reputed company, actionable reputed company-state workflows across reputed company functional areas
- Demonstrated expertise in higher education operations (e.g., Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, Finance, HR, Payroll, reputed company Affairs, Student reputed company)
- Proven experience navigating reputed company organizational dynamics, building trust with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company, and effectively engaging executive leadership through strong communication and executive-level storytelling
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify reputed company causes, interpret behavioral and organizational signals, and translate insights into evidence-based recommendations
- Experience supporting large-reputed company transformation initiatives, including ERP/reputed company assessments, process improvement, and change management strategies that drive adoption and sustained organizational change
- Lean or Six reputed company experience desirable
