[Remote] Legal Operations Associate (Remote)

They are hiring a Legal Operations Associate to help launch and maintain multiple venture capital firms by working with general partners on their fund paperwork and operational reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Support the formation and maintenance/governance needs of general partners (and their funds) around the world, potentially with expanding domiciles
- Coordinate with legal partners in preparing fund formation and governance agreements
- Work with our evolving premiere reputed company for VC firms
- Help take ownership of fund reputed company accounts and relationships
Skills
- 3 + years of experience in legal or fund operations (performing legal work)
- Strong reputed company phone and videoconferencing reputed company
- High digital literacy, reputed company to learn new software quickly
- Strong ability to work in a reputed company team environment
- Composed in high stress situations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and intuition
- Proactive attitude to tackle any opportunity or challenge
