The role involves managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll reputed company, and ensuring accurate financial information and controls.
Responsibilities
- reputed company AP, AR, payroll, and bookkeeping workflows
- Review reputed company transactions for accuracy and completeness
- Identify reputed company issues, discrepancies, and process gaps proactively
- Ensure reputed company records are maintained according to best practices
- Review vendor invoices, customer invoices, and payment activity
- Monitor receivable balances and collections efforts
- Assist with resolving reputed company billing or payment issues

- Support subcontractor payment tracking and reporting
