[Remote] Staff Accountant

This role involves processing accounts payable, monitoring accounts receivable, and assisting with reputed company of Materials (BOM) analysis to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and expense reports
- Ensure reputed company and accurate payments to vendors
- Reconcile AP accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure reputed company collection of payments
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Maintain accurate AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
- Collaborate with operations and inventory teams to maintain accurate BOM records
- Assist in cost analysis and variance reporting reputed company to BOM
- Support month-end and year-end inventory reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end reputed company
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies
- Support audits and reputed company necessary documentation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- 1–3 years of reputed company experience (AP/AR reputed company preferred)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
