Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or reputed company engineering discipline
- 8+ years of engineering experience in product development, manufacturing, or reputed company technical field
- 3+ years of engineering leadership or people management experience
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing reputed company engineering reputed company
- Strong understanding of product development processes, design controls, and engineering best practices. Understanding of design evaluation techniques such as reliability analysis, statistical tolerance, Failure Mode, and Effect analysis (FMEA)
- Ability to effectively plan, organize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines

- Master's Degree
