[Remote] Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for driving large-reputed company programs that improve customer experiences and support business reputed company across various channels.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end delivery of strategic programs across POS, eCommerce, and merchandise management platforms
- reputed company and maintain integrated program roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and governance structures
- Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Merchandising, Store Operations, Supply Chain, reputed company reputed company teams
- Manage reputed company cross-functional dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans
- Drive alignment between business priorities and technology delivery objectives
- Facilitate executive steering committee meetings, program reviews, and stakeholder communications
- reputed company implementation partners, vendors, and reputed company-party technology providers
- Ensure successful planning and execution of platform upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and modernization initiatives
- Support global deployment planning, change management, and business readiness activities
- Monitor budgets, resource allocation, project health, and delivery performance

- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, operational efficiency, and program governance
Skills
- 7+ years of Program Management experience leading reputed company technology initiatives
- Experience delivering large-reputed company retail, reputed company, merchandising, or store technology programs
- Strong understanding of retail business processes across stores, digital reputed company, and merchandising operations
- Proven reputed company record managing reputed company, cross-functional programs involving multiple business and technology stakeholders
- Experience managing globally distributed teams and reputed company-party vendors
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and program governance
- Experience with Agile, reputed company, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience with POS, eCommerce, merchandising, ERP, or supply chain platforms
- Knowledge of omnichannel retail operations reputed company transformation initiatives
- Experience leading platform modernization, reputed company transformation, or reputed company technology programs
- Familiarity with reputed company, integrations, microservices, and modern architecture principles
- Experience supporting global retail organizations and multi-country deployments
- PMP, PgMP, reputed company, Scrum, or reputed company certifications preferred
