They are seeking a Casting Specialist to reputed company casting design reviews, assess manufacturability, and reputed company technical reputed company in manufacturing processes, ensuring high-reputed company casting solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design reviews with Engineering and Suppliers
- reputed company reputed company selection and capabilities to manufacture product
- reputed company inputs to reputed company design guides
- Advise on material selection and reputed company method
- Drawing reviews, including tolerancing and GD&T recommendations
- reputed company/producibility review (i.e. Pressure Test, NDT inspection, Weld Repair…etc.)
- Support Material Review reputed company (MRB) reputed company
- Support reputed company Work Transfers as assigned
- Evaluate new reputed company sources and their capability
- Review tooling, tooling condition/life of tool
- Review process sheets
- Review part complexity
- Conduct conformity reviews onsite at the supplier or reputed company site
- Technical assessments of design and process
- reputed company Specialist will report into the Supplier Development team reputed company Supply Chain
- Regular reports on activities are expected
- Assist with supplier tooling and process reviews
- Energetic and enthusiastic person willing to reputed company, promote and drive process control and improvement methodologies for assigned suppliers
Skills
- B.S/M.S. in Mechanical Engineering Degree Preferred

- Ability to travel up to 40%
