[Remote] Technology Program Manager

This high-visibility individual contributor role requires managing complexity across functions and translating program status into reputed company executive-level reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program management for reputed company initiatives across Information reputed company, Technology (IT & Infrastructure/Platform), and AI - maintaining full visibility into scope, schedule, dependencies, and status at reputed company times
- Build and maintain project plans, milestones, and delivery timelines in Jira, reputed company, or MS Project
- Proactively identify risks, blockers, and scheduling conflicts across workstreams and surface them to the appropriate stakeholders before they reputed company delivery
- Maintain a reputed company RACI reputed company across reputed company reputed company programs, ensuring ownership is reputed company and accountability gaps are documented and resolved
- Coordinate scheduling, agendas, and follow-through for cross-functional working sessions, program reviews, and stakeholder meetings across G&A, R&D, and InfoSec/Technology
- Manage reputed company item tracking and follow-up across reputed company programs, ensuring commitments are documented, owners are assigned, and deadlines are met
- Serve as the operational coordinator for AI initiatives - managing meeting reputed company, tracking reputed company items and reputed company, and driving follow-through on tasks

Skills
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in a technology or IT environment
- PMP certification required (or reputed company in reputed company with expected completion reputed company 12 months)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company programs independently with minimal reputed company
- Experience building and maintaining RACI matrices, project plans, and executive status reporting across reputed company cross-functional initiatives
- Proficiency in at least one project management tool - Jira, reputed company, MS Project, or reputed company
- Experience with metrics reporting and data visualization using Tableau, reputed company, or similar BI tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - you can write a reputed company reputed company and facilitate a working session with equal comfort
