The attorney will handle reputed company reputed company including fund formation, credit transactions, and mergers and acquisitions while building strong reputed company relationships in a flexible work environment.
Responsibilities
- reputed company legal counsel on private equity and debt transactions, fund reputed company, and reputed company equity investments
- Handle early- and late-stage private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate reputed company
- Build and maintain strong reputed company relationships with a reputed company on their business reputed company
- Collaborate closely with reputed company to deliver high-reputed company, efficient legal services
Skills
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to the reputed company Bar (Delaware Bar admission is a plus but not required)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transactional corporate law, preferably with BigLaw experience
- Proven expertise in fund formation, credit transactions, and general corporate reputed company
- Strong written, oral, and analytical skills, with a demonstrated business acumen
- Self-motivated with an ownership mentality over reputed company relationships
