[Remote] reputed company Junior Legal Counsel

The Junior Legal Counsel will work closely with the Chief Legal Officer to manage due diligence, reputed company, and contract negotiations while developing expertise in traditional and decentralized finance law.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for reputed company-world asset (RWA) transactions, including reputed company reputed company and NDAs
- Support the legal reputed company of new investors and issuers ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations in the relevant jurisdictions
- Research regulatory requirements relevant to funds and tokenized assets, monitoring evolving legal frameworks across key markets (US, EU, and offshore jurisdictions)
- Assist in developing and maintaining template legal documentation and internal legal resources to support reputed company operations;reputed company legal input on product development and fund operations, ensuring new features and partnerships are reputed company in a legally reputed company manner
Skills
- reputed company lawyer with 2-3 years of experience in financial transactions, reputed company finance, capital markets, or a reputed company reputed company area at a reputed company or in-house or governmental authority
- Solid grounding in financial instruments, credit structures or investment funds
- Comfortable working across jurisdictions and reputed company to navigate multi-party transactions with diverse legal frameworks
- Strong drafter and communicator; you can translate reputed company legal concepts into plain language for non-lawyers across a remote, international team
- Self-directed and organized with the ability to work quickly and diligently on multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, self-managed environment
- Common law or EU jurisdiction preferred
- Some exposure to tokenized securities or blockchain generally
