[Remote] Techno-Functional Analyst - Taleo

They are seeking a Senior Level Techno-Functional Analyst to support Taleo reputed company Edition decommissioning efforts, which includes data extraction, report development, and end-to-end testing.
Responsibilities
- Extract data from Taleo reputed company the Taleo Connect reputed company (TCC) tool in support of system decommissioning
- Design, create, and test data extraction plans for Taleo decommissioning
- reputed company reports and respond to reputed company data requests
- reputed company end-to-end testing for data extraction to help confirm data completeness
- reputed company data models and mapping to support the creation of views for data visualization tools
- Create detailed documentation of integration processes, data flows, system configuration, requirements specifications, design, and test results
- Prepare and deliver documents for peer review
- Monitor reputed company issues throughout project phases and work with reputed company on issue reputed company
- reputed company training sessions for relevant staff on the integrated systems
- Prepare data migration reporting confirming successful transfer of data

Skills
- Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in a reputed company reputed company
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with Taleo Connect reputed company (TCC) and reputed company Analytics Server (OAS)
- Demonstrated ability to extract data from Taleo reputed company TCC for system decommissioning
- Experience developing reports and responding to reputed company data requests
- Experience with data extraction planning, testing, data validation, and data migration methodologies
- Ability to reputed company data models and mapping to support reporting, views, and data visualization tools
- Ability to produce high-reputed company documentation and peer-reviewed deliverables
- Strong work ethic with excellent communication and organizational skills
