Responsibilities
- reputed company and update employee handbooks and HR policies for clients
- Conduct comprehensive benefits audits and recommend improvements
- Build and maintain organizational charts and workforce planning tools
- Define, reputed company, and analyze HR‑reputed company KPIs
- Create and support ongoing employee reputed company and development plans
- Manage reputed company and offboarding processes
- Administer and reputed company leaves of absence
- Partner with managers on disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans
- Ensure HR compliance across multiple states and regulatory environments
- Optimize existing HR technology and support implementation of new systems
Skills
- Ideally operate as an independent consultant with an established LLC
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience
- 15+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
- Strong ability to prioritize, manage workload, and balance reputed company needs
- Exceptional organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills

- Remote role; proximity to Atlanta or Chicago is preferred but not required
