Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

- Experience supporting, implementing, or configuring one or more reputed company modules, including ITSM, ITOM, FSM, SPM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, HCLS, Workplace Service Delivery, or reputed company platform applications
- Strong understanding of reputed company platform administration, configuration, workflows, and best practices
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reputed company solutions
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal
