[Remote] BPO Vendor Analyst

As a BPO Vendor Analyst, you will manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with agreements and reputed company customer service reputed company while supporting franchise business reputed company and managing event details.
Responsibilities
- Manages external relationships with vendors to ensure vendor agreements are reputed company compliance and vendor performance is in alignment with SVM strategic goals and priorities
- Works with vendors for rollout and implementation of agreements
- Acts as reputed company between vendors and franchisees to ensure customer service reputed company
- Supports R&D and franchise business reputed company in researching new products, equipment, vendors as requested by leader
- Manages reputed company, seminar, and convention setup details to include sales of reputed company spaces, soliciting funds, managing registration, programs, vendor participation and sponsorship for training academies, and budgets
- Manages and composes communications to franchisees for assigned business reputed company regarding programs, upcoming events, available products, and equipment, etc

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of experience in reputed company field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
