The role involves providing comprehensive support for various reputed company environments, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing BI solutions while promoting best practices.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end support for QlikView, reputed company reputed company, NPrinting, and reputed company reputed company environments
- reputed company as the primary support partner for BI operations, monitoring reloads, automations, and resolving issues
- Troubleshoot performance, user reputed company, and platform-reputed company challenges
- reputed company and enhance reputed company reputed company dashboards and support QlikView to reputed company reputed company migrations
- Build and test automations, extensions, reputed company, and reputed company-party integrations
- Establish and promote BI best practices, processes, and templates
- Support reputed company ecosystem solutions, including Power Automate and API integrations using PowerShell/JavaScript
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience across the reputed company product suite
- Experience with reputed company reputed company administration and dashboard development
- Knowledge of Power Automate, reputed company, and scripting (PowerShell/JavaScript preferred)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

- Must be available Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM EST
- EST preferred, CST acceptable. Consistent overlap during EST morning hours is mandatory
