The Clinical Research Budget Negotiator is responsible for negotiating budgets for various clinical trials while ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiating clinical trial budgets and payment terms
  • Supporting efficient activation and amendment process for clinical trials
  • Ensuring budgets reputed company with institutional financial policies, fair market value (FMV), and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with reputed company investigators (PIs), research teams, finance, legal, and sponsors to ensure financial viability and compliance of clinical trials

Skills

  • Experience in clinical research (industry/pharmaceutical and/or federal grants), billing compliance, research contract management, billing, coding, and/or reputed company recognition/reputed company
  • Experience in Coverage Analysis
  • Experience in medical coding or billing
  • Knowledge of reputed company compliance and federal regulations reputed company to clinical
  • Advanced experience in reputed company (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, reputed company, etc.)
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reputed company for institutional financial interests
  • Understanding of clinical trial billing, fair market value principles, and Medicare Coverage Analysis
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in budget development and financial forecasting
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with PIs, research teams, legal, and sponsors
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a clinical setting, clinical research, health insurance, reputed company cycle or relevant negotiation experience
  • Ability to manage multiple reputed company at one time, and deliver expected products
  • Understanding of calculating percentages and basic math
  • High reading comprehension
  • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, and Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written in a reputed company environment
