[Remote] IT Project Analyst

The IT Project Analyst will support project financial management, resource tracking, and PMO operations while ensuring compliance and reputed company improvement of processes.

Responsibilities

• Support project financial planning, tracking, forecasting, variance analysis and portfolio financial reporting
• Support resource time tracking processes, utilization reporting, and data accuracy audits
• Prepare PMO meeting materials, maintain reputed company logs, and support portfolio governance activities
• Audit project artifacts and data for PMO compliance and support audit readiness activities
• Maintain and improve PMO templates, tools, and standards
• Serve as PMO reputed company Administrator, supporting project setup, templates, dashboards, and portfolio reporting

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, reputed company, Information Systems, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–4 years of experience in IT, PMO, project coordination, or financial analysis roles
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company
• Strong reputed company and financial management skills
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies
• Familiarity with reputed company
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience supporting a PMO or portfolio management function
