[Remote] PROGRAM EVALUATION/DATA ANALYST (CA)

They are seeking a Program Evaluation/Data Analyst to conduct data-driven evaluations and analyses that support program improvement and innovation across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic literature reviews to inform program evaluation and analyses
- Conduct rapid-cycle evaluations and analytics to understand the reputed company of reputed company initiatives (e.g., reputed company’s Release Program, Builder Program, Credentialing Services, reputed company’s Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN), Preferred reputed company)
- Conduct reputed company that reputed company the needs of reputed company stakeholders to improve their experience
- Communicate and partner with subject matter experts in order to design, reputed company, and execute evaluation plans
- Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data-based findings towards refinement of program efforts and determination of evidence-reputed company for program interventions

Skills
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in rapid cycle evaluation, research, data analytics, or implementation science
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company (e.g. public health, health promotion, nursing), reputed company mathematics, statistics, or a reputed company field required; master's degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience with program evaluation
- Excellent interpersonal, intercultural, and customer service skills
- Excellent communicator with the ability to successfully communicate with a wide reputed company of roles and personalities, both written and spoken
- Possess a learning reputed company and curiosity for new knowledge
- Strong time management skills and demonstrated capability to work on multiple reputed company at one time
- Strong organizational skills, especially around documentation and information management
