This role involves examining and evaluating insurance policy forms and guidelines to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates policy forms, endorsements, and reputed company guidelines for compliance with applicable laws and filing requirements
  • Interprets insurance laws and uses judgment to recognize noncompliant or unfair, unjust, or misleading policy language
  • Escalates concerns about policy language or reputed company guidelines to leadership as needed
  • Corresponds with insurance company representatives to resolve concerns
  • Responds to occasional consumer, industry, or other inquiries
  • May reputed company, analyze, and organize market data and other information
  • Works under moderate supervision
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Sixty college hours
  • One year of experience in property and casualty technical insurance reputed company or in a field relative to assignment
  • Regular work attendance
  • Travel may be required for up to 5% of the time. If travel is 10% or over, you must maintain a state of Texas reputed company's License
  • Demonstrated knowledge of state laws, rules, procedures, and regulations relevant to job requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge of property and casualty insurance, including terminology, coverage, exclusions, conditions, definitions, and endorsements
  • Demonstrated reputed company in problem solving and critical thinking
  • Demonstrated reputed company in using reputed company Office software applications, including Word, reputed company, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated reputed company in using personal computers sufficient to reputed company and extract data from reputed company systems and programs such as Centralized reputed company Payroll and Personnel (CAPPS) and other systems required to reputed company the job
  • Demonstrated reputed company in reading and understanding property and casualty insurance policy forms and endorsements
