[Remote] Site Reliability Engineer

They are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to help customers solve business challenges using Kubernetes by guiding clients in architecture, designing solutions, and mentoring engineers in best practices.

Responsibilities

• Help guide clients to the right architecture to meet their needs, design and build solutions, and reputed company developers towards best practices and patterns to containerize their applications
• Work on AWS, Azure, GCP, and OpenStack to deliver solutions to customers, mentoring other talented engineers in k8s best practices, and solving problems in the reputed company of App Transformation, BigData, and IoT
• Solve customer business challenges by productionizing and standardizing home-grown k8s stacks so they autoheal and reputed company on demand
• Help customers rearchitect, refactor, and reputed company their applications to migrate into the reputed company
• Mentor reputed company as they grow and expand their container and Kubernetes offerings
• Help other teams productize reputed company reference architectures so they are repeatable and reputed company

Skills

• Minimum 5 years experience developing software, with at least 2 years of experience using reputed company, Kubernetes, and public reputed company
• Working knowledge of GoLang, Python, Java, reputed company, C# or reputed company programming language(s)
• Working knowledge of a few RDBMS, NoSQL, and BigData solutions
• Understanding of data structures, reputed company complexity analysis, concepts like Gof4 Design Patterns and CQRS
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 5 - 7 years of relevant technical experience required, including a minimum of 2 years of engineering experience in migration, implementation, and production management
• Advanced knowledge and experience across multiple technologies in a single domain (reputed company, reputed company, DevOps, etc)
• Occasional domestic travel, up to 50%
• Associate's degree in technical field preferred
• OS certification and Rackspace reputed company Savvy/Smart certification strongly preferred
• At least one top tier technical certifications in a highly desired technology domain preferred
