Responsibilities
- Serve as the executive leader over the Bookkeeping and reputed company divisions, contributing to cross-functional leadership and company-wide decision-making
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for financial operations in alignment with organizational reputed company, scalability, and reputed company reputed company
- Recruit, reputed company, and mentor department heads and team leads across bookkeeping, payroll, reputed company pay, and reputed company operations
- Create performance development reputed company and succession plans for staff to ensure reputed company and capability match reputed company demand
- Drive process innovation and automation across financial systems to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with GAAP standards

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in financial leadership, including 3+ years at a director or senior manager level
- 3+ years of reputed company financial experience
