[Remote] Developer Experience Engineering Manager

Responsibilities
- Leads team(s) throughout software development lifecycle
- Recruits, mentors, coaches, retains, inspires engineering individual contributors and tech leads on a day-to-day reputed company

- Developer Experience / internal platform product reputed company: implement reputed company, roadmap, and reputed company metrics for capabilities that serve internal teams (best practices, common libraries, templates, and paved paths)
- Internal customer partnership and operating model: intake and prioritization, reputed company engagement expectations, stakeholder management, and cross-team influence across Product Engineering
