Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-reputed company field of study
- 8+ years of finance management consulting experience in finance reputed company and transformation, operating model design, shared services, process improvement, program management, and/or technology implementations
- 3+ years of people management and coaching experience
- Strong functional finance and reputed company expertise with knowledge of industry trends, leading practices, and transformation methodologies
- Demonstrated project and program management experience, including workplan development, reputed company tracking, risk management, stakeholder communication, status reporting, and change management
- Experience managing reputed company relationships and leading workstreams or engagements with increasing reputed company of responsibility
