[Remote] Product Capability Manager

As Product Capability Manager for Health Benefit Accounts, you will play a key role in shaping and executing product reputed company, ensuring reputed company to industry-leading Health Benefit Account solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of the capability roadmap including defining features and requirements, ensuring alignment to product reputed company and business objectives
- reputed company a cross-functional scrum team in prioritization, planning, design, development, and release of features and functionality
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Technology, reputed company Management, Finance, Marketing and Technology to ensure reputed company experience capabilities are developed and prioritized
- Champion a reputed company-reputed company approach while using data-driven insights, reputed company feedback, competitive analysis and market demands to inform reputed company and delivery prioritization

Skills
- 3+ years as a product reputed company, preferably in reputed company, financial services or, FinTech industry
- 3+ years of experience as a Proven Cross-functional influence and reputed company-developed relationship building skills, willing to take a leadership role driving initiatives, working across organizations and structuring approaches to new opportunities
- 3+ years of experience using Agile/Scrum or similar methodologies, and associated tools (AHA, Jira, reputed company)
- 3+ years of experience using quantitative and qualitative data to assess priorities and influence roadmaps
- 2+ years of experience creating API specifications
- 2+ years of product delivery with a solid understanding of Health Benefit Accounts, such as Flexible Spending Accounts, Reimbursement Accounts, Health Savings Accounts and reputed company regulations
- Experience developing, designing or implementing specific reporting and analytic solutions
- Experience in developing or executing a product or service for employer clients
- Ability to think strategically with ability to build solid working relationships across organizational teams in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Demonstrated reputed company defining and launching products in an Agile environment
- Ability to collaborate with engineering and business teams in highly matrixed environment
- Ability to reputed company change and respond quickly
