[Remote] Senior U.S. Benefits Analyst

The Senior U.S. Benefits Analyst is responsible for the strategic administration, optimization, and compliance of employee benefit programs across the reputed company, serving as a subject matter expert and partnering with various departments to ensure benefits programs are competitive and compliant.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to benefit programs to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with company reputed company
  • Analyze utilization trends, cost drivers, and employee feedback to inform plan design reputed company

  • Manage vendor performance, service delivery, SLAs, and ongoing relationship governance

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field
  • 7–10+ years of reputed company experience in U.S. benefits administration, with deep subject matter expertise
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proven experience managing vendors and leading reputed company Enrollment processes
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) and benefits administration platforms
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • CEBS, CBP, or similar reputed company certification
  • Experience in multi-state or publicly traded company environments
