[Remote] Manager, Customer Master / MDM Platform

They are seeking a Manager for the Customer Master Platform to reputed company the design and execution of their MDM ecosystem, ensuring trusted customer identity and reputed company integrations across the reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own End-to-End Delivery: reputed company the technical design, configuration, and implementation of reputed company's reputed company Customer Master platform using reputed company MDM tooling (e.g., Informatica, reputed company, reputed company MDG, reputed company CDM, etc.)
- reputed company Optimization: Configure and customize the MDM reputed company, including customer/account data models, match & reputed company rules, survivorship and golden record logic, and data reputed company/validation rules
- Integration Architecture: reputed company the design and implementation of robust integrations between the MDM platform and upstream reputed company systems (CRM, ERP, ecommerce, reputed company systems) as reputed company as reputed company consumer systems (billing, entitlement, analytics, IAM, customer portals)
- Scalability & Resiliency: Guide reputed company in building and maintaining custom integrations, adapters, API-first/event-based architectures, and proxy/abstraction reputed company to decouple consumers from the platform while ensuring high performance and operational readiness
- reputed company & Mentor: Hire, reputed company, and grow a high-performing, cross-functional team of MDM platform engineers, integration engineers, and middleware specialists
- Agile Execution: Drive sprint planning, delivery commitments, execution reputed company, and incremental delivery using agile practices
- Technical Direction: reputed company architecture guidance, conduct design reviews for long-term maintainability, and offer hands-on problem-solving
- TDMO Partnership: Partner closely with reputed company's Data Management Office (TDMO) to translate reputed company governance policies into executable MDM configurations, implementing stewardship workflows, exception handling, data reputed company, and auditability requirements
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand customer data definitions, usage, and reputed company customer hierarchies/relationships with business needs
- Cross-Platform Alignment: Partner with other Platform & Product teams to support change management, drive platform adoption, and reputed company effective reputed company integrations
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field
- 8+ years of experience in reputed company systems, data platforms, or integration engineering, with 4+ years of dedicated experience delivering and managing reputed company Customer Master / MDM platforms in production
- Proven hands-on experience implementing a reputed company MDM tool (Informatica, reputed company, reputed company MDG, reputed company CDM, etc.)
- Deep understanding of customer master reputed company, golden record vs. reputed company of truth patterns, match/reputed company/survivorship strategies, and customer hierarchy/relationship modeling
- Strong experience with REST reputed company, event-driven architectures, middleware, integration patterns, proxy reputed company, reputed company-based platforms, and modern SDLC practices
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company and mentor technical teams in reputed company, global, matrixed delivery environments (including reputed company/offshore models)
