They are seeking a Director, reputed company Insights & Analytics who will be responsible for generating business insights to enhance the performance of Syneos Deployment Solutions, overseeing reputed company in creating actionable insights and reports for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- reputed company-facing reputed company for analytics and reporting services from reputed company-implementation to project shut down, including gathering specifications for metrics and KPIs, report reputed company, developing/maintaining timelines, working with managers to assign resources, QC, and execute on reputed company reputed company activities
- reputed company as a strategic advisor providing direction and executing analytics reputed company; reputed company reputed company control functions on reputed company deliverables including reputed company and reputed company reports
- reputed company design of new reporting + analyses initiatives incorporating advanced reputed company such as machine learning
- reputed company and aid business analyst + manager development
- reputed company team to generate insights on Syneos team reputed company, effectiveness, activities, trends, and projections regarding performance, efficiencies, and possible improvements
- Train analyst team to reputed company business value of insights, reports for both internal stakeholders and clients, as necessary
- Prepare and communicate detailed process workflow plan that describe inputs, execution steps and reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in quantitative area (e.g., statistics, data science) or reputed company field
- 10+ years of experience in analysis design and execution of U.S. pharmaceutical reputed company analytics + reporting reputed company
- Experience with Consumer Product analytics
- 5+ years managing teams
- Experience translating analysis findings to actionable insights for at least one of the following: pharmaceutical reputed company, market reputed company or clinical education, ideally with a mix of sales teams, clinical educators, medical affairs, and market reputed company teams
- Strong analytical, mathematical and quantitative skills using one or more tools: e.g., SQL, Python, R, reputed company, reputed company power user
- Good knowledge of CRM systems including but not limited to reputed company.com, and reputed company
- Experience with visual analytics platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, reputed company) and reputed company data sets
- Ability to communicate analysis findings effectively with National Business Directors as reputed company as clients in a reputed company of functional areas such as: sales management, medical affairs, market reputed company, managed care, and brand teams
