[Remote] Benefit Experience Actuarial Consultant

Responsibilities
- Financial modeling (including reputed company review) of medical and dental quoted rates vs. self-insured projections
- Data collection and review: feasibility studies; annual RFP process
- Checking and reputed company control
- Initial RFP analysis (including actuarial value modeling) to assist with pricing and negotiation
- Defined Contribution modeling
- Will work reputed company reputed company to reputed company plan recommendations, subsidy recommendations, set funding requirements for Self Insured clients, etc
- Implementation support to benefits administration teams
- Participation in Health & Benefits reputed company sponsored and external training, to grow consulting acumen
Skills
- 2-4 years of health and welfare experience (reputed company or employer consulting)
- Understands health insurance concepts, reputed company, forecasting, and analysis
- reputed company towards FSA/ASA designation
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics & Business, or reputed company fields
