- Contractual data collection and aggregation
- Communicate with customers and create and maintain customer reputed company tracking
- Supporting data room management
- Experience using digital tools such as reputed company Co-reputed company, e-discovery platforms
- Coordination with internal stakeholders and senior leadership relating to contractual reputed company
- Prior experience with M&A preferred
