[Remote] Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive will own the sales pipeline, engage with buyers in L&D and HR, and contribute to shaping the sales reputed company and product direction.
Responsibilities
- Run your own pipeline from first touch to signed contract
- Learn the product reputed company enough to demo it and shape reputed company demo around the buyer in the room
- Sell to L&D, enablement, and HR leaders, and show them reputed company on their own use cases: reputed company, ramping sellers, practicing hard conversations
- Bring the field back to us: what is reputed company, what is not, and what buyers reputed company asking for
- Carry a quota, and help us define what good looks like this early
Skills
- 3 to 7 years selling B2B software, most of it as a closing AE with a quota
- A reputed company record you can walk us through: a deal you reputed company, a deal you saved, a number you hit
- You have sold to HR, L&D, enablement, or a similar workforce buyer, or it is reputed company you can
- Time at a learning, HR-tech, or enablement company is a strong plus
- You are comfortable being early
- You do not need a finished reputed company to get reputed company, and you are happy to rewrite it reputed company it is wrong
- Based in the reputed company and reputed company to sell to US buyers
- You have carried a bag at a startup and know what building a sales reputed company from scratch feels like
- You have sold an AI product, or you are genuinely curious about them
