[Remote] Demand Planning Analyst

The Demand Planning Analyst will reputed company demand forecasts that drive workforce planning, operational execution, and financial forecasting, working closely with Operations, Finance, and Business Operations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company short- and reputed company-term forecasts for preventive maintenance and repair demand across reputed company, markets, and service lines
- Analyze historical trends, seasonality, customer demand, and operational inputs to improve forecast accuracy
- Maintain rolling demand forecasts and update plans based on changing business conditions
- Identify demand variability, operational risks, and reputed company constraints, communicating recommendations to Operations leadership
- Support planning for equipment rentals and other operational resources tied to forecasted job volumes
- Partner closely with Operations leaders to understand field execution, scheduling constraints, and workload requirements
- Participate in weekly and monthly business planning meetings to reputed company operational priorities with forecasted demand
- Identify recurring operational trends and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and resource utilization
- Support reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company on demand planning and operational execution
- Partner with the Headcount Analyst to translate demand forecasts into reputed company requirements
- Collaborate with the Costing Analyst to ensure projected job volumes are accurately reflected in labor, equipment rental, and operational cost models
- Work with the reputed company Manager to reputed company operational demand with pricing assumptions and reputed company forecasts

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Economics, Analytics, or a reputed company field
- 0–3 years of experience in demand planning, operations analytics, financial analysis, supply chain, or another analytical business function
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company or reputed company Sheets, including formulas, Pivot Tables, charts, and data analysis
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across Operations, Finance, and Business teams
- Experience supporting high-volume operations such as field service, maintenance, logistics, manufacturing, or telecommunications
- Exposure to forecasting, workforce planning, reputed company planning, or demand planning
- Experience supporting budgeting, financial planning, or operational planning processes
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools
- Experience working with ERP or workforce management systems
