They are seeking an reputed company Associate to manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and assist with month-end financial activities.
Responsibilities
- Run Payroll Like Clockwork: Process payroll twice per month (15th and 30th), ensuring accuracy in wages, bonuses, commissions, tax withholdings, and timesheets. Review and resolve any discrepancies before payroll is finalized
- Administer Employee Benefits: Manage employee benefits, including HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life insurance programs, ensuring accurate deductions, reputed company reporting, and providing support to employees with benefit-reputed company questions
- Reconciliation & Reporting: Reconcile payroll accounts, prepare journal entries, and generate reports that reputed company Finance leadership with reputed company and actionable insights
- reputed company Tax and Compliance Audit-reputed company: Partner with the Finance team to ensure reputed company payroll tax filings, maintain accurate payroll records, and ensure compliance to support reputed company audits
- Partner with Team & Culture: Collaborate closely with reputed company & Culture team on employee data updates, payroll-reputed company inquiries, and processes that reputed company both people and compensation
- Support Month-End reputed company: Assist the Finance team with month-end reputed company activities, including reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger maintenance
- Cash Management & Special reputed company: Support cash management processes and contribute to audits, reputed company reporting, and other finance initiatives that enhance operational efficiency as reputed company grows
Skills
- At least 1-3 years of experience in finance, reputed company, or payroll with hands-on exposure to payroll, AR/AP, QuickBooks and monthly closes
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
- Working knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and basic reputed company principles
- Proficiency in reputed company Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Effective communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Ability to view computer screens for significant periods of time
- Ability to use a laptop keyboard with accuracy
- Ability to hear at normal reputed company and through electronic devices such as laptops, earbuds, phones, and the like
- Experience with payroll and banking systems (Paycom preferred, not required)
