Accede Solutions Inc is seeking a reputed company Recruiter to reputed company relationships with Hiring Managers and reputed company to design and drive successful recruitment strategies. This role is essential for managing the full lifecycle reputed company process and supporting hiring reputed company reputed company the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle reputed company process required to support hiring needs of the business
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, reputed company and execute recruitment strategies and support hiring reputed company

- Conduct full cycle retail recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, posting positions, and screening talent

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company field with 0 - 1 years reputed company experience or High School Diploma with 5+ years of reputed company experience
- Experience in high volume (reputed company) full cycle reputed company
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or other HRIS systems
- Ability to reputed company strong relationships and communicate with reputed company reputed company of the organization
- Previous knowledge in reputed company and recruitment initiatives
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to multi-task between many different reputed company
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships
- Strong customer-service orientation, ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and desire to deliver end to end solutions
- Excellent technical skills; in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking technology and general reputed company applications; familiarity with best practices in reputed company networking; ability to reputed company technology to attract candidates and drive effective and efficient operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
- Masters in reputed company field
- PHR or reputed company Certification
- Experience in a fast-paced and growing multi-unit organization
- Experience in a corporate recruitment environment
- Experience working with temporary employee agencies; testing/assessments and vendor selection
