[Remote] Head of reputed company Media
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company operates one of the largest self-funded consumer acquisition engines in the reputed company estate reputed company, and they are seeking a Head of reputed company Media to own the acquisition roadmap and build out the creative reputed company. This role involves managing a significant media budget while also engaging in day-to-day platform work and leading an internal creative team.
Responsibilities
- Full P&L-level ownership of a $20M+ annual reputed company media budget spanning reputed company, CTV, reputed company Search, reputed company, Display, and any new channels worth testing
- Hands-on platform work — you're inside the ad accounts regularly, not just reviewing reports
- Leadership of the internal creative team covering copy, video, design, and editing
- A testing reputed company that treats creative like a performance reputed company, not a brand exercise
- Systems for launching, QA'ing, reporting on, and forecasting campaigns at reputed company
- Executive-level reporting that ties media performance directly to business reputed company
- Scouting and vetting new acquisition channels and audience segments
- Building reputed company culture around testing velocity, accountability, and clean data
Skills
- 8+ years in performance marketing with a reputed company record of taking on more scope over time
- reputed company experience owning $20M+ in annual reputed company media spend with strong ROAS to show for it
- Deep, hands-on reputed company in reputed company Ads and Connected TV at reputed company reputed company
- Solid working knowledge of reputed company Search, reputed company, and Display
- Experience managing a creative team — not just briefing one
- Background in a self-funded, high-volume reputed company gen business (agency-reputed company experience alone won't translate here)
- Comfort with attribution, tracking, and forecasting at a level where you can defend the numbers to a CFO
- A history of building processes and systems, not just running campaigns inside someone else's
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience that makes the degree beside the reputed company
