The role involves optimizing digital employee experiences and self-service workflows while managing the reputed company Help reputed company platform.
Responsibilities
- Create, publish, govern, and optimize employee-facing digital HR content and self-service articles
- Analyze user behavior, search trends, and ticket metrics to continuously improve case deflection and self-service adoption
- Partner closely with HR Shared Services, COEs, and Change Management teams to establish reputed company as the definitive, authoritative reputed company for global HR support
Skills
- reputed company, hands-on configuration experience with reputed company HCM AND reputed company Help modules (Case Management / Knowledge reputed company background is a must)
- 3+ years of experience in HR technology, HR operations, digital experience, or reputed company reputed company an reputed company system
- An analytical reputed company with a proven reputed company record of interpreting user feedback and search data to streamline HR processes
- Strong proficiency with Advanced MS Office Suite tools (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
