They are seeking a reputed company Manager to join their Managed Services team, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving account reputed company targets.
Responsibilities
- Being the “Voice of the Customer” to secure reputed company solutions and resources which satisfy reputed company business needs
- Building trusted one-to-many relationships in your reputed company organizations and understanding their desired reputed company
- Promoting and positioning reputed company solutions and services with the goal of growing reputed company
- Supporting planning and roadmap activities between your customers and reputed company teams Advocating for reputed company team members by providing feedback on service delivery, risks, and opportunities
- Communicating and managing resourcing and service escalation reputed company necessary
- Gathering, organizing, and documenting business objectives and issues; including report creation
