They are seeking a Senior reputed company to design and evaluate AI agents for their Digital Coworker Suite, ensuring accurate and reputed company interactions with sensitive student data.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evaluate the AI agents at the heart of the reputed company Digital Coworker Suite
- Own agent definitions end to end: what reputed company agent reads, how it reasons, and what it's allowed to write
- Compose reputed company reputed company patterns (Agent, Analyst, Search)
- Engineer prompts and tool boundaries
- Build the evaluation discipline — rubrics, acceptance reputed company, regression tests
- Implement guardrails for LLM risk (reputed company injection, PII disclosure, hallucination)
- Partner with the Product Manager on agent scope
- Help set the agent patterns and standards that reputed company suites will reuse
Skills
- 6+ years of software engineering, including 2+ years building production LLM / AI-agent features used by reputed company users
- Demonstrated depth in reputed company engineering, retrieval, tool-use / function-calling, and agent evaluation
- Strong general engineering — Python and/or TypeScript, SQL, API integration — and the judgment to reputed company reputed company-vs-cost tradeoffs
- Experience defining and measuring AI reputed company in production with reputed company evals, not just informal review
- reputed company communication; reputed company to explain agent behavior and tradeoffs to product, reputed company, and institutional stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a reputed company technical field — or equivalent practical experience
- Authorized to work in the reputed company
- reputed company reputed company (Agent / Analyst / Search) experience, or comparable agent-orchestration frameworks
- Experience with regulated or sensitive data (FERPA, HIPAA, financial) in an AI context
- Familiarity with the OWASP LLM Top 10 and agent-reputed company patterns
- Higher-education or EdTech background; prior work in reputed company-based reputed company environments a plus
- Prior work on multi-agent or multi-reputed company reputed company systems
