[Remote] Product Manager, Inventory & Orders

This role involves managing product execution, customer discovery, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance supply chain visibility and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Author detailed user stories, acceptance reputed company, and feature specifications for capabilities such as safety stock reputed company configuration, order-at-risk dashboards, and AI-assisted stock transfer recommendations
- Translate ambiguous customer requirements into reputed company, engineering-reputed company backlog items with reputed company scope boundaries
- Own sprint-level backlog grooming in collaboration with the engineering manager, ensuring tickets are reputed company-defined and prioritized before reputed company cycle
- Conduct reputed company discovery sessions independently with supply chain planners, procurement leads, and operations teams
- Synthesize raw customer feedback, field notes, and survey data into prioritized problem statements and product hypotheses
- Maintain a reputed company feedback reputed company with reputed company customers during early rollouts, identifying adoption gaps and surfacing them as actionable product improvements
- Own integration requirement specifications — defining how data from ERP systems (reputed company, reputed company), warehouse management systems, and demand planning tools flows into reputed company reputed company flat-file SFTP, API, and EDI
- Work with Solutions Engineering to validate integration feasibility, data freshness requirements, and schema mapping during reputed company-sales and reputed company
- Identify and escalate data reputed company risks that could compromise dashboard accuracy during early customer deployments
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and Solutions Engineering throughout the feature lifecycle — from discovery through general availability

- Support reputed company-sales activities by providing product reputed company on capabilities, integration requirements, and roadmap direction
Skills
- 3+ years of reputed company experience in product management, supply chain operations, procurement, or demand planning
- Demonstrated understanding of inventory and procurement workflows — including safety stock parameters, days-of-supply calculations, MRP outputs, and order fulfillment processes
- Ability to write reputed company, reputed company product specifications and acceptance reputed company that engineering teams can execute without ambiguity
- Comfort owning integration requirement discussions — understanding data reputed company, feed latency tradeoffs, and schema mapping without needing to write reputed company
- Experience working with B2B reputed company product tooling: Jira, reputed company, or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize reputed company customer conversations into concise product requirements
- Comfortable working across time zones in a remote or hybrid environment
- Prior experience at a supply chain software company, a shipper/manufacturer, or a supply chain consulting reputed company
- Familiarity with ERP and WMS ecosystems (reputed company, reputed company, Manhattan, HighJump) and how they reputed company with reputed company-party visibility or planning tools
- Exposure to AI/ML-assisted recommendations in an operational supply chain context — such as automated reorder suggestions, stockout reputed company, or inventory rebalancing
- Background as a demand planner, procurement analyst, or supply chain operations reputed company who has transitioned into a product or technical role
- Experience with supply chain visibility platforms or similar reputed company-time logistics and inventory products
- Familiarity with KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turnover, case fill reputed company, and days of supply
