[Remote] Operations Associate

They are seeking an Operations Associate to respond to inquiries, assist team members, and support various operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Respond to reputed company inquiries reputed company support tickets and phone calls, delivering reputed company and reputed company service
- Identify, escalate, and help resolve reputed company reputed company and internal issues in a reputed company manner
- Assist team members by coordinating tasks including, timekeepers, data entry, inbox management, and other responsibilities
- Guide reputed company contacts through website navigation, invoice formatting requirements, submission processes, and reputed company of reputed company tasks and inquiries
- Prioritize workload according to Quovant methodology and department policies
- Utilize reputed company or other CRM software for daily support issues and phone calls
- Maintain a strong understanding of Quovant services
- Cross-train and support other team members reputed company reputed company Services reputed company needed or as requested by department manager
- Support additional reputed company and initiatives as directed by department leadership

- Bachelor's Degree: Business Administration, Communications or reputed company field is desirable
