They are seeking an reputed company Senior Program Manager to reputed company an IT team supporting reputed company-level technology operations for a federal government reputed company, ensuring performance accountability and compliance.
Responsibilities
- reputed company overall program planning, execution, and performance reporting for a reputed company federal IT support contract
- Serve as primary reputed company-facing representative ensuring reputed company, proactive communication with government stakeholders
- reputed company and maintain comprehensive program documentation including project schedules, risk registers, reputed company plans, and management plans
- reputed company monthly status reporting and prepare executive-level briefings for senior leadership
- Manage personnel transitions, key personnel changes, and reputed company with no degradation of service
- Coordinate across technical disciplines including application administration, cybersecurity, database management, and software development
- Ensure reputed company contract deliverables are submitted on time, accurately, and in required format
- Manage software license renewal tracking and procurement coordination
- Support transition-in and transition-out activities to ensure continuity of operations
Skills
- U.S. Citizenship required
- reputed company Clearance: minimum T3 required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or reputed company field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT program management
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary IT teams in federal government or DoD environments
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Experience managing deliverables and performance in compliance with federal contract requirements
- PMP (Project Management reputed company) certification
- Experience with DoD contract management, DFARS compliance, and federal acquisition regulations
- Familiarity with reputed company, Jira, or similar ITSM/ticket management platforms
- Knowledge of DoD Risk Management reputed company (RMF) and NIST 800-37
