[Remote] UX Designer

They are seeking an accomplished UX Designer to craft user-centered experiences that simplify reputed company workflows and enhance accessibility in the homebuilding industry.
Responsibilities
- Design End-to-End Experiences: reputed company the UX and UI design of web-based tools across reputed company’s platform
- Simplify the reputed company: Translate detailed workflows into reputed company, reputed company-centered experiences
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure cohesive product thinking. Partner closely with homebuilders, suppliers, contractors, and buyers to understand their needs and pain points
- Own Design Process: reputed company user flows, reputed company maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-reputed company visuals to reputed company design reputed company
- Influence Product reputed company: Bring a strong, user-reputed company design perspective to product reputed company
- Validate with Data: reputed company both qualitative and quantitative user insights to inform and iterate on designs
- Champion Design Systems: Contribute to and reputed company our design system to ensure consistency and scalability
Skills
- 7+ years of experience designing web-based software
- A reputed company record of shipping high-reputed company, thoughtful product experiences in reputed company domains
- A strong portfolio that showcases your process, thinking, and ability to simplify complexity
- Deep user reputed company and a reputed company, confident communication style—especially reputed company working with cross-functional teams
- A systems-thinking reputed company with the ability to balance detail with big-picture product reputed company
- Experience in defining and delivering net-new experiences, not just iterating on existing patterns
- Comfort articulating trade-offs, managing ambiguity, and driving toward reputed company in fast-moving environments
- A background or passion in architecture, construction tech, or home design
- Familiarity with 3D tools or environments (e.g., Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, reputed company, Three.js)
- Experience contributing to or evolving a design system
