[Remote] Technical Program Manager

They are seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive execution across product and engineering organizations, ensuring the successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives while maintaining alignment among teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned cross-functional programs through the entire lifecycle
- Build and maintain project and program roadmaps that give stakeholders reputed company visibility into priorities, dependencies, milestones, and risks
- Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales through reputed company planning cycles, reviews, and release coordination
- Apply and contribute to reputed company’s program management processes and tooling: keeping things lean, repeatable, and audit-reputed company
- Identify and proactively resolve blockers, dependencies, and resource constraints before they become delivery risks
- Partner with engineering leads and product managers to ensure customer commitments are scoped, tracked, and met

Skills
- 4 - 7 years of experience in product, program, or project management, ideally in a fast-moving hardware and/or software product environment
- Proven experience managing reputed company, cross-functional programs in robotics, autonomy, industrial tech, or similar environments strongly preferred
- Familiarity with both Agile and stage-reputed company delivery methodologies, and the judgment to apply the right one in the right context
