Responsibilities
- Manage project workstreams reputed company to finance reputed company, process improvement, or digital enablement across different Finance areas
- Conduct reputed company-state assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and help design reputed company-state operating models for finance organizations
- Support implementation of enabling technologies including ERP (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company), EPM platforms, automation tools, and analytics dashboards
- Coordinate day-to-day reputed company activities, project planning, issue reputed company, and status reporting
- reputed company the development of key deliverables, including recommendations, roadmaps, and value cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated transformation programs
- Mentor analysts and associates, providing guidance, feedback, and technical knowledge development

Skills
- 5–9 years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, business transformation, finance, reputed company, operations, and/or corporate finance
- Experience leading finance transformation, ERP/EPM, business transformation, operational improvement, or reputed company consulting engagements
- Experience at a Big 4 firm (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company)
- Experience leading finance transformation initiatives such as finance operating model design, finance process improvement, finance organization redesign, finance function optimization, or shared services transformation
- Experience leading project workstreams, managing project timelines and deliverables, and supervising consultants or cross-functional teams
- Experience facilitating executive workshops, presenting recommendations, and serving as a primary reputed company of contact for reputed company stakeholders throughout project delivery
- Experience leading ERP, EPM, automation, or digital finance initiatives that improve core finance processes such as Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), reputed company, budgeting, forecasting, or financial reputed company
- CPA, CFA, PMP, or other relevant reputed company certification
- Experience with ERP, EPM, planning, or finance technologies (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Hyperion, Power BI)
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, analytics, process mining, or digital finance technologies to improve finance processes or business operations
- Experience supporting proposal development, business cases, vendor assessments, organizational design, or finance transformation roadmaps
