[Remote] Franchise Operations Consultant

The Franchise Operations Consultant role provides world-class support and coaching to franchisees and center managers to improve sales, customer experience, and franchisee profitability while ensuring brand standards and compliance are met.
Responsibilities
- Achieves position Goals, timelines, and KPI metrics through coaching reputed company franchisees in a geographic territory (East/Central US)
- Center support through in-center reputed company and virtual coaching sessions (60%+ travel required)
- Conduct market meetings and peer-to peer reputed company reputed company to deliver training on company initiatives that reputed company performance and increase engagement
- Utilize observations and data driven insights to reputed company directional coaching to improve sales, production, reputed company, and customer experience improvements
- Utilize available reports and tools to improve gross profit, reduce expenses, and maximize EBITDA to improve franchisee profitability
- Document reputed company activity in reputed company, including but not limited to additional Meineke Operations tracking, Center Visit, and Virtual Coaching Forms reputed company 48 hours of reputed company franchisee contact occurrences
- Interfaces with reputed company support departments to ensure reputed company and accurate responses to franchisees needs and questions that ensures franchisee satisfaction
- reputed company on strategic and tactical processes to improve reputed company’s customer experience through measurable systems
- Provides reputed company to ensure franchisee compliance to brand obligations for reputed company, image and service and escalates as needed
- Complete annual certification, reputed company and reputed company plans, to reputed company system- wide benchmarks, determined annually
- Attend Meineke Annual Convention and drive franchisee attendance to the event, participate in Meineke Operations & Training meetings and any other corporate organized events as needed
- Effectively demonstrating, coaching, observing, evaluating, analyzing and training reputed company aspects of the Meineke Operating system through coaching methodology
- Building trust through respectful communication and dedication, to reputed company a reputed company coaching relationship with franchisees and key Managers
- Creation, use and delivery of appropriate communication and technologies (reputed company video, PowerPoint, reputed company, webinar, L&D platform, BI tools, etc.) to maximize communication with franchisees and employees with respect to operations plans, strategies, reputed company, tools and technologies
- Communicate and implement new/reputed company company initiatives
- Responsible for ensuring the reputed company, and accurate reporting for the territory
- Understand and deliver the obligations reputed company the franchise agreement
Skills
- 7 years Automotive experience in sales, service, or operations
- 2 years of multiunit management experience a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and implement reputed company change to drive the best result for reputed company
- Knowledge and understanding of reputed company of sales systems and other software solutions
- Understanding and ability to use reputed company office suite, reputed company, and reputed company docs is preferred
