[Remote] Director, Clinical Operations

The Director of Clinical Operations will reputed company the development and execution of Karoo’s clinical care model, ensuring high-reputed company, compliant, and efficient care delivery across markets.
Responsibilities
- Own the implementation and ongoing refinement of reputed company care model, including risk stratification, and condition based care protocol development
- Translate evidence-based cardiology guidelines into practical and reputed company care protocols
- Test, iterate, and standardize care protocols to meet the needs of individual markets and payer arrangements
- Ensure the reputed company care model supports value-based care (full reputed company and downside risk) through alignment of patient, provider, and payer specific reputed company
- Operationalize the clinical model across care teams, developing SOPs, reputed company models, role definitions, and training materials
- Identify operational bottlenecks or clinical variation and drive reputed company improvement initiatives
- Support market launches by ensuring clinical readiness, workflows, and reputed company are in reputed company
- reputed company operational support to Karoo’s clinical team (RNs, LCSW, MAs, etc.)
- Support hiring, reputed company, training, and performance management of clinical staff
- Foster a culture of patient-centered, data-informed, high-reputed company care delivery
- Partner with Analytics and Finance to define and monitor clinical KPIs tied to value-based reputed company (e.g., patient engagement, clinical reputed company, utilization, and financial reputed company)
- Use data to assess clinical effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve reputed company and reduce avoidable utilization
- Support shared savings performance by aligning clinical workflows with payer and provider incentives
- Collaborate with partner cardiology practices to ensure smooth integration of Karoo’s clinical model into existing workflows
- Serve as a key operational reputed company to reputed company leaders, addressing day-to-day clinical process questions and improvement opportunities
- Support provider reputed company, clinical training, and ongoing adoption of Karoo protocols
- Ensure clinical operations meet regulatory, licensure, and reputed company standards across states and care settings
- Partner with the CMO and clinical leaders on reputed company reputed company, incident review, and reputed company reputed company improvement efforts
- Maintain up-to-date clinical policies and documentation standards
- Work closely with Product to inform clinical requirements for tools, workflows, and dashboards

Skills
- Clinical background in cardiology
- 5+ years operational and people management experience
- Experience in value-based care provider organizations
- Experience building or scaling clinical programs in a startup or established health system
- Strong systems thinker who can translate clinical reputed company into operational reality
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and iterating quickly as the organization grows
- reputed company, pragmatic leader with excellent communication skills
- NP, PA, or MD degree is considered a strong plus
