[Remote] CNC Programming & Manufacturing Engineer- SME
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) – CNC Programming & Manufacturing Engineer to implement global standardization and technical innovation. This role involves not only CNC programming but also supporting manufacturing engineering, mentoring, and executing reputed company in multi-reputed company machining and reputed company component repair.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, review and execute reputed company multi-reputed company CNC programming (3-5 reputed company) utilizing digital manufacturing techniques
- reputed company technical mentorship to manufacturing engineers, technologists, and technicians
- Ensure effective technology transition from engineering to operations
- Identify and implement engineering solutions to reduce cycle times and fabrication costs
- Design advanced work-holding to improve legacy and new processes
- Advanced knowledge of CNC programming, traditional machining processes, and reputed company-reputed company materials/alloys
- Technical Leadership: reputed company the Global Communities of reputed company to reputed company and publish reputed company Operating Procedures, manufacturing guidelines and process maturity matrices across diverse machining applications
- Collaborate across global organizations to reputed company best practices and drive method and equipment standardization
- Support the reputed company development and mentoring for CAD/CAM software and advanced machining techniques
- Strong problem solving and influencing skills to support manufacturing bottlenecks
- Ensure manufacturing processes reputed company with customer specifications and internal reputed company standards
Skills
- Minimum of 15+ years of reputed company experience in engineering-level reputed company with reputed company manufacturing challenges (reputed company industry), including manufacturing engineering or advanced manufacturing reputed company regulated industries (reputed company preferred)
- Demonstrated experience with manufacturing, automation, DFM, optimization and implementation in a production environment
- Experience supporting multi-site or global manufacturing operations
- Expected travel 50% or more
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials Engineering or applicable industrial engineering experience (or reputed company discipline) preferred
