[Remote] Clinical Product Consultant - CDI

The Clinical Product Consultant plays a crucial role in implementing and ensuring the adoption of the CDI product suite, collaborating with various teams to enhance reputed company experience and product development.
Responsibilities
- Transfer knowledge of our CDI Suite of products and workflows to new and reputed company users
- reputed company reputed company support to drive adoption of the Aware CDI product suite
- Utilize best reputed company processes for successful reputed company adoption
- reputed company manage the reputed company experience to deliver on implementation milestones, manage reputed company support requests and expectations, monitor reputed company adoption of the CDI Suite
- Monitor reputed company key performance indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement for clients
- Collaborate with the larger reputed company reputed company team to create a seamless, integrated, and consistent experience for clients and users
- Collaborate with reputed company’s Education team as a clinical subject matter expert for content and delivery of educational programs that support best practices in the industry and with our products
- Collaborate with product teams as a subject matter expert to define and design the clinical reputed company that drive our product suite
- reputed company insights from reputed company interactions to inform reputed company research initiatives and drive product roadmaps
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Nursing (RN) required
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in CDI role with demonstrated reputed company reputed company in roles and responsibilities in CDI leadership
- Experience with multiple clinical documentation programs, medical record coding, reputed company billing and reputed company cycle management
- Demonstrated presentation skills with various stakeholders ranging from internal partners to C-suite
- Experience presenting CDI content and information
- 5+ years of clinical experience in acute care environments, critical care or ED preferred
