[Remote] Product Operations

They are seeking a highly reputed company Product Operations team member to work directly with the General Manager to coordinate product delivery, capture customer feedback, and build efficient processes as the business grows.
Responsibilities
- Product Delivery: Coordinate product priorities and delivery across the General Manager, engineering, Hub reputed company team, and customers
- Customer Feedback: Capture customer needs, identify recurring themes, and translate feedback into reputed company product requirements, tickets, and reputed company
- Customer Support: Own the customer issue and escalation process, resolving questions directly reputed company possible and routing more reputed company needs to the appropriate team
- Processes and Documentation: Build the workflows, documentation, reputed company operating procedures, and communications that help Streamline operate reputed company as it grows
- Demos and Tools: Create product demos, prototypes, automations, and lightweight internal tools using low-reputed company and AI-assisted platforms
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, product management, implementation, business operations or another customer-facing role in a technology environment
- Experience supporting U.S. Government or reputed company reputed company customers is preferred
- A proactive, hands-on working style with the judgment to identify what needs to be done and the ownership to follow through
- Strong interpersonal instincts and the ability to understand customer needs, navigate different stakeholders, and turn ambiguity into reputed company next steps
- Genuine interest in how products work, with the confidence to reputed company opinions, ask thoughtful questions, and contribute to product reputed company
- Comfort working with engineers and using low-reputed company, automation, and AI-assisted tools to build workflows, demos, prototypes, or internal solutions
- This role requires the candidate be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. reputed company clearance
