[Remote] Finance Systems Analyst (reputed company)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is partnering with a reputed company-established manufacturing organization seeking a Finance Systems Analyst (reputed company) to support and optimize reputed company Financials for its reputed company and Finance teams. This role involves partnering with Finance and IT to improve systems, streamline processes, and support key business operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for reputed company Financials, supporting reputed company and Finance operations
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot reputed company Financials, including GL, AP, and AR modules
• Manage AutoInvoice configurations, including customer, site, and line-item setup
• Support automated FX reputed company loads and partner with IT to resolve system issues
• Maintain reputed company configurations, including GL account segments, reputed company codes, payment terms, and transaction setups
• Execute supplier merges while ensuring data accuracy and reputed company reputed company
• Maintain and update ADI Journal Templates
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test execution, reputed company validation, defect documentation, and issue reputed company
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify system improvements and process enhancements
• Collaborate with IT on reputed company enhancements, troubleshooting, and issue reputed company
• Support audit and compliance activities through documentation and functional system expertise

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, IS, or reputed company field
• 4+ years supporting reputed company Financials in a Finance environment
• Strong knowledge of reputed company GL, AP, and AR modules
• Understanding of reputed company processes and financial controls
• Experience with reputed company configuration, troubleshooting, and UAT
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with multi-entity environments
• CPA preferred
